PUTRAJAYA, Nov 20 — The recent incident involving a foreign traveller being treated roughly, including being punched by an officer at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 1, did not involve Immigration Department officers.

PUTRAJAYA, July 5 — The issuing of ‘Not to Land’ (NTL) notices to travellers will only be determined by Immigration officers of Grade KP41 and above with immediate effect, compared to the current practice which allows KP29 officers to do so, said Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail.
